Raw Carrot and Beetroot Salad Ingredients

Raw beets 1 PC
Raw carrots 1 PC
Prunes 4-5 pcs
Walnuts 2-3 pcs
Salt taste
Olive oil 1-2 tbsp. l
Spices (caraway seeds, dried herbs) pinch

Step by step cooking raw carrot and beetroot salad

  1. Three carrots and beets on a coarse grater.
  2. Cut walnut kernels into small pieces.
  3. Rinse the prunes thoroughly and cut into small strips.
  4. In a deep container we combine vegetables with nuts and prunes.
  5. We mix all the ingredients, add spices and salt to taste.
  6. Season the salad with olive or sunflower oil and mix again.
  7. Put the salad in a large shallow plate and decorate with a sprig of basil.
