- 6 tablespoons of vegetable or olive oil;
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar;
- 3-4 pieces of tomatoes;
- 1 teaspoon of salt;
- 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 5-6 feathers of green onions;
- 3-4 pieces of cucumbers;
- 1 carrot;
- 100 grams of red cabbage;
- 2 pieces of bell pepper;
- 100 grams of sunflower seedlings;

A fresh vegetable salad. Step by step recipe
- First you need to prepare a dressing. In a convenient bowl, add salt, ground black pepper, vinegar, olive or vegetable oil.
- For salad, you can use not only balsamic vinegar, but also wine, apple or rice.
- Prepare the garlic: it must be chopped with a knife, press or grater. Add chopped garlic to the dressing.
- All ingredients need to be thoroughly mixed with a whisk, slightly whipping. A homogeneous mass should form.
- Wash green onions, dry and finely chop. Put chopped green onions in a bowl for dressing.
- Then we prepare the dill greens: it must also be washed, dried and chopped, like green onions. Add finely chopped dill to a bowl for dressing.
- Tomatoes need to be washed, dried and cut into cubes. Add chopped tomato in a bowl to the onion and dill.
- We will prepare the cucumbers: they need to be washed, the ends trimmed, cut lengthwise into four parts, and then cut across the plates two or three millimeters thick. We put the sliced cucumber in a bowl to the already prepared ingredients.
- My bell pepper, peeled and diced. Put chopped bell pepper in a bowl.
- Red cabbage must be finely chopped with straws and added to the bowl to the ingredients.
- Wash carrots, peel and cut into thin strips. You can use a special grater, or you can cut it with a knife first into circles, and cut the circles themselves into thin strips.
- In a bowl to the prepared products, add the sprouts of a sunflower or other edible plant.
- All ingredients must be mixed well.
- If you wish, you can add salt and spices: proceed from your culinary preferences.
