  • Water - 1.5 liters;
  • vodka - 100 grams;
  • salt - 2 tablespoons;
  • sugar - 3 tablespoons.

A step-by-step recipe for making canned cucumbers with vodka for the winter:

  1. Soak the cucumbers in water for 5-6 hours. Then wash well.
  2. Put cucumbers in sterilized jars, and between them, scribble the horseradish root, bay leaf, dill, and finely chopped hot pepper, cut into circles.
  3. Prepare the brine in cold boiled water, dissolve the salt and sugar. Pour the cucumbers with brine, and pour vodka directly into the jar.
  4. Cover the jar with a lid and leave at room temperature for 3-4 days, periodically removing the foam. After the specified time, the brine must be drained into a pan and boiled. Then pour boiling pickles in a jar of cucumbers, and roll up the lids. Cool upside down, but do not wrap! Store in a cool place.

Canned Cucumbers with Cinnamon for the Winter

Cinnamon cucumbers turn out spicy, fragrant, very saturated. Not too crispy, I would rather call them piquant, with a light consistency!


On a 3 liter jar:

  • Small cucumbers - 2 kilograms;
  • dill - 2 umbrellas;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • black pepper peas - 10 peas;
  • cloves - 2 buds;
  • coriander - 0.5 teaspoon.


  • Water - 1.5 liters;
  • vinegar 9% - 2 tablespoons;
  • salt - 0.5 tablespoon;
  • sugar - 1.5 tablespoons;
  • cinnamon - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon.

A step-by-step recipe for cooking canned cucumbers with cinnamon for the winter:

  1. Pre-soak cucumbers in water for 5-6 hours, then wash well.
  2. Put cucumbers and spices in a jar, pour boiling water, let it stand for about 5 minutes, then drain the water into the sink.
  3. Then pour boiling water over the cucumbers in the jar again, also let it stand for 5 minutes, drain this water already into the pan and prepare the brine: add salt, sugar, cinnamon and vinegar.
  4. Pour boiling brine, top directly into the jar, add vegetable oil, and roll up the lid.
  5. Wrap it upside down in a blanket until it cools.

Sweet canned cucumbers in a 3 liter jar

Original cucumbers with a delicate sweet taste, and the pickle in them also turns out to be sweet and delicious!


On a 3 liter jar:

  • How many cucumbers enter the bank;
  • peas peas - 10 pieces;
  • garlic - 5 cloves;
  • dill - 2 umbrellas;
  • horseradish leaves - 2 pieces.


  • water - 1.5 liters;
  • sugar - 225 grams;
  • salt - 60 grams;
  • citric acid - 0.5 teaspoon.

The recipe for sweet canned cucumbers for the winter, how to cook:

  1. Soak cucumbers in water for 5-6 hours.
  2. At the bottom of the sterilized cans lay horseradish leaves, add peppercorns, cloves of garlic, dill umbrellas.
  3. Then tightly ram the cucumbers.
  4. Pour boiling water over the cucumbers in the jar and leave for 20 minutes, covering the jar with a lid.
  5. After 20 minutes, pour the water into the pan, add salt, sugar, and when boiling add citric acid. Pour the cucumbers in a jar of boiling marinade, and roll them up.
  6. Do not wrap the jars, let them cool upside down!
