A simple recipe for adjika tomato for the winter

This is not even adjika anymore, but a spicy tomato and eggplant sauce adapted for our cuisine. Since Abkhazian adjika is very sharp, and only big lovers can eat it. But nevertheless, this adjika turns out to be very tasty!

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes - 1.5 kilograms;
  • Eggplant - 1 kilogram;
  • garlic - 300 grams;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 kilogram;
  • hot pepper - 3 pieces;
  • vegetable oil - 1 cup;
  • vinegar 9% - 100 milliliters;
  • salt to taste;
  • spice.

Step-by-step recipe for adjika tomato for the winter

  1. To prepare all the eggplant vegetables, peel and chop, peel the seeds and chop arbitrarily, cut the tomatoes by removing the core, peel the garlic and divide it into teeth.
  2. Then twist all the vegetables in a meat grinder twice. Put the vegetables in an enameled pan, add vegetable oil and set on fire.
  3. From the moment of boiling, cook for 40-50 minutes.
  4. At the end of cooking, add vinegar and salt.
  5. Arrange hot on sterilized jars and immediately roll up!

This is really an easy to make adjika recipe, but in spite of this adjika turns out great! And especially her on bread and with a little soup!
