The cream should stand overnight in the refrigerator, and in the morning it can be used in any confectionery, decorate a cake with it, or even just eat it! Raffaello cream at home is just a masterpiece!

Ingredients:

  • Coconut flakes - 70 grams;
  • condensed milk - 400 grams;
  • butter - 200 grams;
  • white chocolate - 200 grams.

Raffaello cream recipe step by step

  1. Melt butter and white chocolate in a water bath.
  2. Then combine the resulting mass with condensed milk and coconut and mix well.
  3. Put the resulting cream in a clean, dry jar, and put in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. If you are going to soak a cake with this cream, then it is better to use. Soak the cakes with cream, and leave the cake in the refrigerator until tomorrow.
