  1. To prepare this simple salad of lightly salted cucumbers, you need to choose small cucumbers, fresh and elastic.   2. I wash fresh cucumbers well under running water.
  3. We put cucumbers on the kitchen board and cut off the tips from them, on both sides. We cut the cucumber in half, and then into a few longitudinal bars.
