  1. Wash apples, cut into pieces.
  2. Pass the apples through the juicer.
  3. Wash and peel the carrots, cut into pieces and also pass through a juicer. A lot of pulp remains from carrots, it can be used for making soups or main dishes, as well as carrot cake or cookies. If you do not yet know what to do with the pulp of carrots, put it in a bag and send it to the freezer.
  4. Mix both juices in a saucepan. Put on fire. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2-4 minutes. The resulting foam must be removed. We do not use sugar, because carrots give sweetness.
  5. By this time you should have sterilized jars prepared. Pour the boiled juice into jars and cork. Wrap for a few hours.
