- Further, for the step-by-step preparation of dietary bread, bran is used, pour them into our container and mix. Since the diet involves abstinence from the high-calorie components of the daily diet, we will use slow carbohydrates. They saturate for a long time and thanks to coarse grinding they cleanse the intestines. Therefore, to everyone who doubts, I say - you can eat such bread on a diet!
- After mixing all the ingredients, you should get a homogeneous, thick gruel. Depending on the selected bran, its color may be different. We proceed to the heat treatment of the product.
- We heat the pan and a little grease with vegetable oil. I use a comfortable silicone brush for this.
- Next, spread 1 tablespoon of our dough in a pan. I distribute it so that I get a pancake (cake). A thin layer is quickly fried and crispy. At one time in the pan I fit 3 cakes. It is important that they do not stick together, otherwise it will be difficult to flip.
- After about 5 minutes, when the dough sets and a crust forms from the bottom, you can turn our bread. It is necessary to gently pry a cake with a spatula and, slightly holding with your fingers, turn it to the other side. This must be done carefully so as not to damage the integrity.
- Dietary bread is prepared very quickly. On the other hand, a 5-minute frying is also enough for him. I cook it on low heat and without a lid. Ready bread does not stick to the pan, is easily removed.
