  • Beans - 1 kilogram;

  • vegetable oil - 1 cup;
  • garlic, peeled and finely chopped - 100 grams;

Step by Step Bean Salad Recipe

  1. Before you close the salad with beans for the winter, you need to soak the beans overnight, then cook in salted water.
  2. Wash vegetables, cut into strips, grated peeled carrots.
  3. Combine all vegetables together, salt to taste, add a glass of vegetable oil and cook until tender.
  4. Then add the beans, and cook for another 30 minutes until tender.
  5. 5 minutes before the end of cooking add finely chopped garlic and black peppercorns.
  6. Arrange the salad hot in sterilized jars and roll it up. Wrap and leave to cool.
  7. Store the salad in a cool place until the next year.
