Bean Salad Recipe

Today I bring to your attention a recipe for a salad with beans: yes, with an unusual one, but with green beans, frozen beans. How did I like this recipe? First of all, the salad with beans is very tasty. You should not spend much time on it: the salad is quite simple to prepare. And it has my favorite tomatoes. And with a combination of tomatoes and beans, a mind-blowing dish is obtained.


  • green beans - 1 package;
  • tomatoes - 5 pieces;
  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • parsley - a small bunch;
  • green onion - 1 bunch;
  • salt to taste;
  • ground black pepper - on the tip of a knife;
  • olive oil for salad dressing - 2-3 tablespoons.

Tasty Bean Salad. Step by step recipe

  1. Open a pack of frozen beans and pour it into the pan. Fill with cold water and put on fire for further cooking. When the water boils, the beans should be salt: a little, literally a teaspoon of salt. Most often on packages with green beans write the amount of time how much it should be cooked. On average, it is 4-5 minutes. During this time, it will not be digested, it will remain crispy and will not lose its natural bright green color.
  2. Pour chicken eggs with water, put on fire, bring to a boil and cook exactly 10 minutes so that they cook hard-boiled. Do not forget to add salt: with it, we can easily clean the eggs after cooking.
  3. While beans and eggs are boiling, wash the tomatoes and cut them into medium-sized slices.
  4. The next step in the preparation of our simple, but, nevertheless, delicious salad, will be cutting herbs. We chop parsley, and cut the green onion into thin rings. Naturally, we washed the greens before cutting. We send the chopped greens to the tomatoes.
  5. So, the eggs were boiled and cooled. They cleaned and cut into strips. If you want - do it with a knife, but you want - with a special device for cutting eggs. Send them to tomatoes and herbs.
  6. Beans are boiled, be sure to drain the water using a colander or slotted spoon. Be sure to let it cool. Add to the rest of the vegetables and eggs.
  7. All that remains for us to do is to salt our salad and pepper to taste.
  8. Season the salad with olive oil and mix with a spoon.
  9. For serving, we transfer the delicious salad with beans into a beautiful transparent salad bowl: so that we can see all the natural bright colors of vegetables, decorate with a sprig of parsley and ... we enjoy the divine taste!

A little about the benefits of such a salad. Did you know that green beans are low-calorie: they contain only 25 kcal. Therefore, you can eat it in whole kilograms. In the chemical composition of beans, you can find whole deposits of carotene, so necessary for our vision. It contains a lot of B vitamins, as well as ascorbic acid. Therefore, it should be introduced as often as possible into your diet: especially in the spring, when our body is practically at zero.

String beans are good for young girls and women. This is an excellent tool in the fight against cancer of the mammary glands. It is recommended for eating with diabetes. Remember only one main rule: it must not be digested - otherwise it will be too soft and will lose its healing and taste qualities.
