  1. Prepare the dough: pour heated water into a cup, add dry yeast, salt, sugar there - mix and leave until the yeast starts to work.
  2. Cut smoked carbonate into small cubes and pour it into a bowl with flour. Then pour in the sunflower oil and begin to knead, forming a dough. The resulting mass is left for 25-30 minutes.
  3. We take out the dough, roll it into a layer. Sprinkle with grated cheese, sesame seeds on a coarse grater and double it. We roll it back into the formation, doing these steps 4-5 times.
  4. Cut the rolled layer into small paths and twist them into spirals.
  5. Spirals spread on a baking sheet and place to bake in the oven with a temperature of 180 degrees: about 15-20 minutes. We get out and serve.
