Bulgarian zucchini for the winter

Many years ago, Bulgarian cucumbers were sold in a store. their taste cannot be compared with anything. Once, I decided to try to close zucchini with this recipe. You know, the zucchini in Bulgarian for the winter turned out to be simply amazing. Now, according to the same recipe, I close both zucchini and cucumbers. Let's say the recipe has become universal.

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini - 3 kilograms;
  • water - 10 glasses;
  • sugar - 1 cup;
  • salt - 3 tablespoons;
  • vinegar 9% - 250 grams;
  • greens bouquet (leaves of currant, cherry, horseradish and dill umbrella);
  • garlic - 3 cloves.

A step-by-step recipe for zucchini in the Bulgarian winter

  1. Try to use only young zucchini for this recipe.
  2. Wash the zucchini and cut into circles, the cucumbers will need to be pre-soaked.
  3. Pour water, salt and sugar into an enameled container, bring to a boil, then add vinegar.
  4. Dip our marrows (or cucumbers) into the marinade and let it soak under the closed lid for 5-7 minutes.
  5. In the prepared sterilized jars, put the greens and garlic, then very carefully spoon the zucchini (or cucumbers), pour them with boiling marinade and immediately roll the jar with a lid.
  6. Wrap it upside down in a blanket until it cools.
