Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 250 grams;
  • processed cheese - 2 pieces of 100 grams;
  • one onion;
  • egg - 2 pieces;
  • sour cream - 150 grams;
  • cabbage leaves - 5 pieces;
  • a piece of butter;
  • breadcrumbs - 30 grams;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Cabbage pie. Step by step recipe

  1. Boil the water, separate the cabbage leaves from the head of the cabbage and blanch in boiling water for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Wash the fillet, dry on a paper towel and cut into small cubes. You can, of course, skip through the meat grinder, but the sliced ​​pieces are much tastier.
  3. Peel and chop the onion, then add it to the meat. Pepper, salt and mix with grated melted cheese.
  4. Beat the eggs with a whisk by adding a pinch of salt to them, then pour sour cream on the eggs and mix well again.
  5. On the cooled cabbage leaves, put the fillet and cheese stuffing, wrap each leaf with a roll.
  6. Grease a baking dish with oil, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs on top.
  7. Dip each roll into a mixture of eggs and sour cream and put the rolls in a mold, pressing them tightly together. Then fill the rolls with the remaining mixture and send the cake to bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.
