  • carrot tops - 3-4 branches per jar.

Brine:

  • water - 2 liters;
  • salt - 1.5 tablespoons;

  • vinegar 9% - 120 milliliters.

A step-by-step recipe for canned cucumbers with carrot tops for the winter

  1. Soak cucumbers in cold water for 4-5 hours.
  2. Then lay the carrot tops on the bottom of the sterilized cans, and top up the cucumbers tightly. You can spread the carrot tops along the walls of the cans to make it beautiful.
  3. Boil water and pour cucumbers in a jar with boiling water. Allow the water to cool slightly and drain the water into the pan.
  4. Put salt and sugar in boiling water, when boiling add vinegar. With boiling brine, fill the cucumbers in the bank and immediately roll them up.
  5. Wrap it upside down in a blanket until it cools.
