Ingredients:
- Cucumbers - 3 kilograms;
- ketchup chili - 1 pack (300 grams);
- water - 1 liter;
- sugar - 2 glasses;
- salt - 2 tablespoons;
- vinegar 9% - 1 cup.
Step-by-step recipe for canned cucumbers with chili ketchup
- Soak the cucumbers in water for at least 3 hours, then wash them well, remove the tails and flowers.
- Put the cucumbers in the jars.
- Prepare a brine: water, mix with sugar, salt, chili ketchup and vinegar, bring to a boil.
- Meanwhile, put the pan on the fire, where we will sterilize the jars of cucumbers.
- Pour cucumbers in jars with boiling marinade and put them sterilized in a pot of water, on the bottom of which put a rag. Sterilize 0.5 liter cans for 10 minutes, liter - 15 minutes.
- Then we immediately roll up the jar, and in an inverted form we wrap it in a blanket of complete cooling.
