Canned Tomatoes in Slices in Polish

A very easy and simple recipe for such an unusual, but at the same time classic salad of tomatoes and onions. Polish tomatoes are slices of tomatoes, with dill and the addition of onions and vegetable oil. Well, what could be tastier?

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes, onions in equal amounts;
  • dill with garlic to taste.

Marinade for 1 liter of water (this marinade is enough for 3 jars of 600-700 grams each);

  • sugar 3 tablespoons;
  • salt - 1 tablespoon;
  • and in each jar 600 grams: 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of vinegar 9%.

How to cook canned tomatoes in slices in Polish, recipe:

  1. Cut the tomatoes into slices, onion in half rings, chop the garlic with dill finely.
  2. Lay onions, tomatoes, dill and garlic in layers in sterilized jars. It is advisable that the top layer be an onion.
  3. Prepare the marinade from water, salt and sugar, boil.
  4. Pour the salad with boiling marinade, and add vegetable oil and vinegar directly to the jar.
  5. Immediately roll up the lid, and wrap it until it cools completely.

A wonderful summer salad of tomatoes and onions, which is always appropriate on the table. It can be served with many dishes, tomatoes with a beam as if fresh, and very fragrant!
