Well, I can’t imagine my life and not a single winter without my favorite canned tomatoes in a tomato. Ingredients:

On a 3 liter jar:

  • tomatoes - 1-1.5 kilograms;
  • tomato juice - 1,250 liters;
  • sugar - 2 tablespoons;
  • salt - 1 tablespoon;
  • small horseradish root;
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves;
  • bell pepper - 2 pieces.

  1. Wash the tomatoes and put them in prepared sterilized jars.
  2. Boil water and pour the tomatoes in a jar, let them warm for 10 minutes, drain the water in a pan, boil and pour the tomatoes again for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare tomato juice from tomatoes, and perhaps you have harvested it before.
  4. Using a blender, grind horseradish root, peeled bell pepper and garlic.
  5. Pour tomato juice into a saucepan, bring to a boil, add chopped garlic, horseradish and pepper.
  6. Let the tomato mass boil for a few minutes.
  7. Pour tomatoes in a jar with hot tomato juice and roll up the lid.
  8. Turn the jar upside down and wrap it with a blanket for one day.
