  • Tomatoes - 600 grams;
  • Marigolds - 1-2 flowers per jar.

  • sugar - 1.5 tablespoons;
  • bite - 1 tablespoon;
  • salt - 0.5 tablespoons.

Step-by-step recipe for tomatoes with marigolds for the winter

  1. Wash the tomatoes and put them in sterilized jars. Somewhere in the center of the jar, add 1-2 flowers of the Black-browed.
  2. Pour salt, sugar and vinegar directly into the jar.
  3. Pour cold water so that covers the tomatoes (not boiled).
  4. Put the cans in the pan, on the bottom of which lay a tissue, fill it with water to the shoulders of the cans, and boil the water. From the moment of boiling water, sterilize for 10 minutes, then immediately roll up the jar with a lid.
