Simple dish
I have long wanted to cook chebureks, but still ... Once, after watching a video on YouTube, I still decided to cook homemade pasties with meat. I want to say that the result pleased me. It turned out very tender, with a crispy crust and a juicy filling that just melts in your mouth. Tasty - lick your fingers.
Ingredients:
- flour - 3 cups;
- salt - 1/2 tablespoon;
- glass of water;
- vegetable oil - 1/3 cup;
- one egg.

- We take the glasses for measuring all products with the same volume.
- Then pour flour into a large bowl. The video showed that the glasses of flour were full, but without a slide.
- Then add salt to the flour. It seemed to me that this was a lot of salt and I added a little less than ½ tablespoon.
- Water for pasties should be at room temperature. I took a glass of water is not full, somewhere ¾ glass. Pour water into a flour in a small stream and constantly stir with a fork. Flaking will form during stirring. Flour with water should be well mixed.
- Break the chicken egg and take only the yolk. Put this yolk in the dough and mix well again.

- This time we are preparing the filling. You can take any minced meat, add onions and spices to taste. Mix well.
- Take a small piece of dough and roll it thinly. Using a small bowl, cut out a circle. Half the circle we put the filling and cover the second half. The edges are well connected, this can be done with a fork.
- We fry in a pan, in a large amount of oil on both sides.
