- Boil the chicken fillet in salted water and cut into small pieces.

- Send the processed cheese there, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Grind hard cheese, put it in a mold covered with parchment paper (I used a baking sheet).
- Heat the cheese in the oven for 5 minutes, so that it only melts and does not dry.
- Remove, put the chicken filling on it and carefully, slowly, roll it into a roll (log).
- Transfer until completely cooled on a dish, and then send in the refrigerator.
- Then cut off rough edges at our cheese roll, grease them with sour cream.
- Sprinkle logs with finely chopped fresh dill, put whole pickled mushrooms on top. Secure them with wooden skewers.
- On the sides of the cheese roll with chicken, beautifully spread the branches of dill and olives. You can add slices of tomato.
