I propose to cook a wonderful and delicious puff salad with chicken and carrots, or as it is also called - Bunito salad. The dish is prepared quickly, from simple products: but it tastes amazing. This salad is perfect for a festive feast - it is not only excellent in taste, but also attracts with its brightness: its very top layer is made of yolks. I have this salad swept off the table in minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs;
  • 150 grams of hard cheese;
  • 500 grams of chicken;
  • 150 grams of Korean carrots;
  • salt to taste;
  • mayonnaise.

Salad with chicken and carrots. Step by step recipe

  1. It is necessary to start cooking “Bunito” by boiling the meat - this is the longest part of the salad preparation. To begin with, wash the chicken fillet, clean from unnecessary films and cartilage, boil until cooked: you do not need to add salt.
  2. Chicken fillet should be left to cool and so that after cooling the meat is not dry, then let it cool in the broth in which it was cooked.
  3. When the chicken has cooled, it must be cut into small cubes.
  4. Boil chicken eggs and peel. Cook the eggs for not long, about ten minutes so that the yolks do not change color. After that, you need to separate the squirrels from the yolks with a knife, grate everything on a fine grater and leave in separate bowls.
  5. We grate hard cheese on a fine grater.

  7. According to the recipe, all the ingredients of the salad need to be laid out in layers. We take a convenient plate for the salad and begin to form it.

  9. On top of the chicken fillet, put the second layer: carrots in Korean - it can also be cut smaller so that it is not so long. Make a net of mayonnaise on top of the carrots.
  10. We spread the grated hard cheese with the third layer and make a mesh of mayonnaise.
  11. We spread the grated proteins with the fourth layer, salt them a little and make a net of mayonnaise.
  12. The last, fifth layer, spread the grated yolks. Our salad is ready.
  13. You can decorate the salad if desired. The salad can be refrigerated for a couple of hours so that it is saturated.
