Chicken and Korean carrot salad

With the help of simple ingredients, you can cook a really tasty and interesting dish - try to prepare salads with chicken stomachs and Korean carrots. Ingredients:

  • chicken stomachs - 300 gr;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • seasoning for carrots in Korean;
  • vegetable oil;
  • fresh mushrooms (champignons) - 200 gr;
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs.;
  • table vinegar - ½ tsp;
  • 1 tbsp. l soy sauce (optional);
  • 3 tbsp. l mayonnaise;
  • salt, pepper (to taste);
  • fresh greens.

Salad with chicken and Korean carrots stomachs. Step by step recipe

  1. Well cleaned from dirt chicken stomachs. Add bay leaf and salt to the water, cook until tender, then filter, cool and cut into strips. Lightly fry in a pan.
  2. Peel the carrots, grate them in a special Korean carrot grater, lightly fry them in a pan and add seasoning.
  3. Cut the onion in half rings, lightly fry, add mushrooms, salt, pepper. Fry until cooked.
  4. Combine all the ingredients in a deep dish, add table vinegar, soy sauce (optional) and mayonnaise. Mix well.
  5. Before serving, decorate with fresh herbs. And enjoy the salad.
