  • granulated sugar - 3 tablespoons;
  • vinegar 9% - 100 grams;
  • vodka - 3 tablespoons.

Crispy pickled cucumbers. Step by step recipe

  1. Leave the cucumbers in water for 5 hours, then rinse them well with water. Boil water and pour boiling water over the cucumbers, then without slowing, dip them in cold water.
  2. Cherry leaves, horseradish leaf and dill with garlic are laid in jars, then cucumbers tightly.
  3. Prepare the marinade: add salt, sugar and vinegar to boiling water, mix well. Pour the cucumbers in the jar with the marinade, let them warm for 5 minutes, drain the marinade back into the pan. Wait until it boils, and pour the cucumbers also for five minutes.
  4. For the third time, pour the marinade, bring to a boil, but before pouring the cucumbers, add vodka directly to the jar.
  5. When vodka was added, they immediately poured boiling marinade and rolled it up with a lid.
  6. Turn the jar upside down and wrap it until it cools completely.
