  • large raw carrots;
  • two medium apples of sour varieties;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 100-150 grams of cheese;
  • 50 grams of sour cream;
  • 50 grams of mayonnaise;
  • one onion head;

  • salt to taste.

  1. Mix mayonnaise with sour cream (in equal proportions, according to the recipe), transfer to a culinary bag (it can be replaced with a regular bag, cutting off the tip).

  3. Prepare the products by placing them in separate bowls.
  4. Peel the carrots, wash and rub on a coarse grater.

  6. Onions are peeled, finely chopped. If desired, onions can be replaced with garlic.
  7. Boil chicken eggs in salt water for at least 10 minutes (should be hard boiled), cool, clear of the shell. Rub on a coarse grater.

  16. For beauty, sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds.

It is interesting that the ingredients in the salad can be changed, each time getting a new taste. Onions can be replaced with green or use pickled onions, hard cheese - with cream cheese (the taste of the dish will be more tender). You can sprinkle the salad not with sesame seeds, but with walnuts or pine nuts. Ordinary carrots can be replaced with Korean - the taste will become more piquant.
