Ingredients:

  • 2 fresh chicken eggs;

  • 3 tablespoons of dill;

  1. We will bake pancakes one at a time, and we will mix the ingredients for their preparation separately.
  2. We drive one egg into a small but deep bowl.
  3. Add one tablespoon of homemade mayonnaise (you can see the recipe for its preparation on the site “Very tasty”).
  4. Beat with a whisk or a fork, until smooth.
  5. Lubricate the pan with a brush with vegetable oil, heat and bake an egg pancake over medium heat. Fry on one side, then cover for one minute with a lid. Remove from the pan to the plate.
  6. We bake the second pancake from the eggs as well.
  7. After the pancakes are fried, we make the filling.
  8. Put the cream cheese in a bowl (or its substitute - Philadelphia cheese: prescription quantity).
  9. Squeeze the garlic into the cheese through a press, add homemade mayonnaise. Mix everything thoroughly.
  10. We turn the pancake over with the beautiful toasted side up, put half of the cheese mass on it, sprinkle with finely chopped dill. We turn the pancake into a roll, wrap it in foil and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes (minimum).
  11. We do the same actions with the second pancake.
