I am sharing with you a simple and surprisingly mouth-watering recipe for delicious baked potatoes. A delicious and fragrant dish is perfect for a light lunch. In addition, potatoes baked in garlic oil will not only be nutritious, but also healthy: thanks to natural products and garlic.
- potatoes - 5-6 pieces;
- champignons - 3-4 pieces;
- butter - 100 grams;
- sour cream - 1 tablespoon;
- cheese - 70 grams;
- garlic - 3 prongs;
- dried thyme - 1 teaspoon;
- salt, ground pepper.

- To begin with, wash the potatoes well and boil it in slightly salted water.
- While the potatoes are boiling, we make butter from garlic: for this, grate the cheese and chop the mushrooms. Then send them to a bowl of butter. Add garlic, salt, thyme, sour cream and mix, add a little pepper.
- Put the finished boiled potatoes on the table. Cut it into two and place in a bowl.
- We spread our garlic filling on each potato. Then we send to the preheated oven: with a temperature of 250 degrees. Bake for about 10-15 minutes.
We get out of the oven: and you can serve. But I suggest preparing a quick and easy salad of baked vegetables for our delicious potatoes - a great simple option to decorate your lunch.
What we need: eggplant - 1-2 pieces, tomatoes - 1-2 pieces, pepper - 1-2 pieces, garlic - 2 cloves, olive oil and parsley - to your taste.
- To begin with, thoroughly wash all the vegetables. Then we prick it with a fork and put it in the oven to bake (if possible, you can put it in foil, and 5 minutes before being ready to remove it: this forms a crust of golden brown).
- After baking, we leave the vegetables in a hot oven: lightly brown - then they will become more saturated and mouth-watering.
- Once the vegetables have cooled, peel them from the crust. Next, cut into cubes, pour into a bowl and mix.
- Finely chop the garlic and add to the bowl with vegetables. Mix, seasoning with olive oil. At the end, decorate with parsley.
