Ingredients:

  • 2 zucchini;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 3 tomatoes;
  • 100 grams of sour cream;
  • 100 grams of cheese;
  • 300 grams of minced meat;
  • 1-2 pinch of salt;
  • 1 onion;
  • greens: dill, parsley (you can take to your liking);
  • black pepper on the tip of the knife.

Delicious baked zucchini. Step by step recipe

  1. For our dish we take young zucchini, with delicate skin and unripe seeds inside. My zucchini, we cut off their tips and cut them into two halves. It’s not necessary to peel the zucchini, because we specially selected young vegetables for this dish.
  2. We cut each half of zucchini into large cubes.
  3. Onions are peeled, washed and cut into two halves. We shred each half in small cubes.
  4. My tomatoes in advance, so that they have time to dry. We remove their pedicels and, like zucchini, cut into large cubes.
  5. Tip: to easily cut the tomatoes, you should first take a sharp knife. And you need to cut them, putting the cut side on the board.
  6. We take molds for baking our zucchini. It is best to use disposable, aluminum foil. But you can take ordinary ones made of ceramics. In general, what you have in these and bake.
  7. We spread the squash cut into cubes in a baking dish: a thick layer.
  8. Lightly salt the zucchini and then pepper. Pepper is suitable as ground, for this dish, and peas. It will just be necessary to grind it before cooking, so that it does not have time to lose its odorous properties.
  9. Spread the minced meat on top, dividing it into small pieces. You can spread it with your hands, or you can use it with a spoon. Minced meat for baked zucchini can be taken any: chicken, pork or beef. The main thing is that he should not be very fat. In general, for this dish you can buy minced meat, or you can twist the meat yourself. Spread the minced meat so that it completely covers the layer of chopped zucchini.
  10. On top of the minced meat, spread the finely chopped onions. In the same way, try to completely cover the layer of minced meat with it.

  13. Peel the garlic and grind it through a press.
  14. We take sour cream, put it in a bowl or bowl, add chopped garlic to it. Sour cream and garlic mix with a spoon.
  15. Lubricate the tomatoes on top with sour cream and garlic, filling all the open spaces. This is best done with a spoon: then sour cream will cover the tomatoes with an even layer.
  16. We grate hard cheese on a fine grater. Sprinkle it on top of garlic sour cream. You can take a little more cheese than indicated in the recipe. It’s not without reason that they say: “You won’t spoil the porridge with butter.”
  17. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and set the zucchini to bake for about 40 minutes. Please note: the time for baking zucchini is approximate, since all ovens are different, so someone will need more time for baking, while others will need a little less. It all depends on your oven.
