Ingredients:

  • dry beans - 1 cup (or 1 can of canned);
  • grilled sausages - 3 pieces;
  • smoked bacon - 100 grams;
  • bell pepper - 1 piece;
  • hot pepper (optional) - 1-2 pieces;
  • garlic - 3-4 cloves;
  • onions - 1 piece;
  • carrots - 1 piece;
  • Tomato (any) to taste;
  • greens of fresh parsley;
  • water - 1 cup;
  • salt and sugar to taste.

Very tasty stew of beans and sausages. Step by step recipe

  1. Pre-soak one glass of beans (I soak overnight). In the morning, thoroughly rinse it, transfer to a pan and fill it with clean water.
  2. We cook beans for 40 minutes without salt, and three minutes before the end of cooking, salt to taste.
  3. Pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan and set it on fire.
  4. We put sausages in a heated pan and fry them until soft and golden crust.
  5. While the sausages are fried, we will prepare the vegetables for the stew.
  6. Cut the onions into small cubes. If you have small onions, then take two pieces, not one.
  7. Peel the carrots, wash them and cut them into strips, but not very small.
  8. We take out the middle in hot pepper and cut it into small pieces. If you are not a fan of spicy, then you can not add hot pepper at all.
  9. In a pan where sausages were fried, we shift the chopped onions, peppers, carrots and fry over medium heat.
  10. Grind the garlic and add to the pan to the vegetables, mix and continue to fry.
  11. We cut the bell pepper into thin strips and also send it to fry.
  12. Smoked bacon is not very finely chopped: so that the pieces of bacon can be felt in a vegetable stew. Sliced ​​bacon is transferred to the pan and mix.
  13. Finished sausages are cut into rings (but not thin).
  14. Add tomato to the pan to the fried vegetables, pour 0.5 cups of water, transfer the boiled beans, mix well, pour the remaining water (if you want to get a thick stew, then 0.5 cups of water is enough).

  16. We transfer prepared sausages into boiling vegetable mass, mix everything well again and simmer until fully cooked.
  17. In the stew with beans and sausages, add the greens of fresh, finely chopped parsley.
