  1. First of all, you need to boil the eggs, give them time to cool, peel.
  2. Prepare the onion: it needs to be peeled, washed and cut into thin half rings. Next, chopped onions must be fried until golden brown in a hot pan with vegetable oil.
  3. We proceed to the preparation of cabbage: remove the upper leaves or wash, chop. You can chop the cabbage with a special grater or cut it with a knife: the main thing is that it be thinly cut. Salt shredded cabbage and mash a little with your hands, so that the salt is evenly distributed, and the cabbage becomes softer.
  4. When the onions in the pan are podgold, add shredded cabbage to it, and mix everything thoroughly. Reduce fire, make medium, cover and simmer cabbage: cabbage should become softer. Add to it a little vegetable oil, bay leaf and black pepper or a mixture of peppers, cover and simmer over medium heat until cooked. Add spices to your taste: the more you use them, the sharper and more flavorful the dish will turn out in the end.
  5. It is necessary to check the readiness of cabbage: if it is soft and does not crunch on the teeth, then ready.

The dough, cut into strips, must be shifted tightly to each other so that the filling is not visible.
  15. We shift the cake on a baking sheet with parchment. Leave the cake on the baking sheet for ten minutes.
  16. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. We bake for twenty minutes: we must focus on our oven, if necessary, bake for longer, but no more than half an hour.
  17. When the cake is ready, it can be greased on top with a homogeneous mass of one yolk and a tablespoon of milk. Put greased cake in the oven for a couple of minutes.
