- 0.5 kilograms of cucumbers;

- For the preparation of the salad, it is better to use small cucumbers (it will look very nice), but if there are none, then it is better to divide large cucumbers into two parts (across). Cut off the tips.

- We put our cucumber preparations in a deep bowl (I use a plastic one).
- With a knife, cut a small bunch of parsley or dill (to your taste) and send it to a bowl of cucumbers.
- Grind the head of garlic with a knife (very finely). If you have only the garlic of last year's crop - pass it through a press or grate on a fine grater. We shift in a bowl.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Add one tablespoon of vegetable oil (better than sunflower oil), a few drops of vinegar essence, a small pinch of granulated sugar (required - sugar is a natural flavor enhancer). Sprinkle with hot red ground pepper (chili) for more sharpness.
- Mix well. Let it brew for 10 minutes. A delicious cucumber salad is ready.

- 700 grams of fresh cucumbers cut into strips.
- We cut one head of red or white salad onion into thin half rings (you can also take ordinary onion).
- We put the vegetables in a bowl, add a finely chopped slice of hot pepper. There we send a few twigs of cilantro and mint, previously chopped.
- Pour all the cooled sauce, mix. Salad is ready to be served.
Fresh cucumber salad with yogurt dressing.
- 4 short cucumbers cut into half rings. Spread in a salad bowl.
- The head of red onion is also cut into half rings, sent to the cucumbers.
- Salt, pepper to taste.
- For dressing: 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt (can be replaced with low-fat sour cream), mix with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add 1 chopped garlic clove and dill (cut several branches).
- Dressing can be served in a gravy boat, or you can add it directly to cucumbers.
