- 500 grams of white cabbage;
- one medium carrot;
- half of bell pepper;
- several branches of parsley;
- 1-2 cloves of garlic;
- one teaspoon of salt;
- 0.5 teaspoon of sugar;
- one teaspoon of sweet paprika;
- 2 teaspoons of water;
- a teaspoon of table vinegar;
- 80 milliliters of vegetable oil.

- White cabbage chop not very finely. Put in a deep bowl. Sprinkle with salt and sugar. Stir with a spoon, and then lightly with three hands to stand out juice.
- Chop the garlic with a knife finely, or pass through a press. We shift in a bowl with cabbage.
- In the same bowl we put the washed and peeled carrots, grated on a coarse grater.
- Red bell pepper we clear of seeds, remove the stem. Cut the pepper half into strips. Sent in a bowl with cabbage.
- Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Mix well.
- We make a dressing: in a small bowl we mix red sweet paprika, water and table vinegar (9%). Mix.
- Pour dressing into vegetables, mix everything thoroughly.
- We heat 80 milliliters of odorless vegetable oil to white smoke, pour vegetables in a salad bowl with hot oil.
- Mix everything, cover the salad with a lid and send for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
