Love to eat a sandwich with a sausage, but are afraid to buy it in a store? There is a way out: a delicious home-cooked sausage, the recipe of which I will share with you now, will make you forget about store sausage forever. Boiled chicken fillet sausage turns out so tender, so tasty that you will cook it every day. You can make sandwiches from it, add to salads, fry in a pan with fried eggs, and anything else. Products for such a sausage will need a minimum, and time too. But the result will exceed all expectations!

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of chicken;
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt;
  • 200 milliliters of cream (20% fat content);
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper;
  • 2 chicken proteins;
  • 30 milliliters of beetroot juice.

Delicious home cooked sausage. Step by step recipe

  1.    Be sure to wash the chicken fillet and dry it. We cut it with a sharp knife into small cubes. Always cut white films from it, although they are thin, they can ultimately ruin the quality of the cooked product.
  2.    Peel the garlic. We need a little, just one clove.
  3.    Place the chopped chicken fillet and a clove of garlic in a blender bowl. Grind them to a homogeneous mass.
  4.    Add cream to the chopped meat. And continue to whip on. First, beat at low speed so that the cream and minced meat are not sprayed, after which the speed can be increased.
  5.    We send raw chicken proteins to minced meat and beat until they mix together.
  6.    When the mince becomes uniform, add salt, oregano, black pepper and pour the beetroot juice. Tip: for sausage, use homemade, freshly made juice. Just for this, grate the beets on a fine grater and squeeze the juice through cheesecloth. Or use a juicer.
  7.    Once again, beat thoroughly with a blender. The color of the meat should be bright pink, and the mass should be uniform.
  8.    We spread the foil on the table and put half of our sausage stuffing into it. We wrap it in the form of candy, well fixing the sidewalls. To force the meat to be evenly distributed on the foil, put a cling film under it and use it to level the meat.
  9.    We transfer the candy resulting from the foil into two plastic bags so that it does not fall out during cooking.
  10.  With the second half of the minced meat that we have left, we do exactly the same.
  11.  Pour water into a large pot and bring it to a boil. We lower into it packages with the future sausage. You need to cook the sausage under the closed lid.
  12.  As soon as the water boils again in the pan, count down 30 minutes. To keep the color of the sausage uniform, be sure to turn the sausage over four times during cooking.
  13.  We take out the sausage from the water and let it cool completely.
  14.  We store our sausage in the refrigerator, wrapping it in clean, dry foil or a plastic bag.
