  • BC wheat flour - 1 tablespoon without a hill;
  • butter - 20 grams;
  • cow's milk - 200 milliliters;
  • cheese (any hard varieties, I have Russian) - 70 grams;
  • cooking oil for frying;
  • spices: salt, pepper, thyme or Provence herbs - to your taste.

Delicious julienne in a zucchini. Step by step recipe

  1. The first one. where to start is to choose the right size of zucchini or zucchini. Pay attention to the size of the vegetable. It should not be large or have a damaged peel. Choose a small zucchini - so that when it is cut lengthwise in half, it can fit in a deep shape or on a baking sheet in which we will bake it in the oven. And if it’s very small, then it will already be a portioned dish.
  2. After choosing a zucchini (zucchini), wash it and wipe it with napkins. Set aside.
  3. In the meantime, proceed to prepare the filling. Take the onion and finely chop it into cubes.
  4. Mushrooms (I have champignons) wash and cut into small cubes. Put in a bowl and set aside briefly.
  5. If you take not mushrooms, but other mushrooms, for example, forest mushrooms, then they need to be properly prepared - they should already be boiled.
  6. We take the pan and pour a little vegetable oil. Set to warm up on the stove. Then, in preheated oil, send finely chopped onions. Fry it, stirring with a spatula, for 2-3 minutes, until it becomes transparent.
  7. Then add chopped mushrooms. Mix with a spatula and fry under an open lid for 10 minutes. If you will fry forest mushrooms, fry them longer - until cooked.
  8. In the meantime, back to the zucchini. Cut off the stem and the other tip. Then cut into two pieces along. Using a spoon, select the middle. We do not throw out the middle, we will also need it. Gently scrub so as not to perforate the peel. The result was nice boats.
  9. Now chop the insides of the zucchini with a knife.
  10. Add them to the mushrooms in a pan and fry for another five minutes. After that, slightly salt, add black ground pepper to your taste and mix.
  11. Now add 20 grams of butter, mix to completely melt. Then add a tablespoon of wheat flour without a slide. Fry a couple of minutes stirring.
  12. Now we take 200 milliliters of milk and pour it into the pan, stir everything thoroughly. Keep a couple of minutes on low heat, stirring until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and set to cool to the side.
  13. We take prepared boats from zucchini for julienne. Salt a little, add Provencal herbs or thyme.
  14. We take the cooled filling and taste it. If there is enough salt and pepper, then fill it with zucchini. Then spread the zucchini in a prepared baking dish or baking sheet. First it needs to be greased with vegetable oil.
  15. After that, we grate hard cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle on top.
  16. In a preheated oven to 180 degrees, set to bake our julienne in zucchini for 20-30 minutes. Time depends on the size of the zucchini themselves. Check readiness with a knife. If its blade very gently enters the pulp of a vegetable marrow, then everything is well baked and ready.
  17. If it happens that the cheese starts to blush ahead of time and already burn, pull them out of the oven and cover the zucchini with foil. Set to bake on until ready.
  18. Transfer ready-made julienne in zucchini to a dish and serve decorated with greens.
