Pickled eggplant is very tasty, and they are prepared in just a couple of days! Rather, they are ready in three days, but I begin to try the very next day and can not come off. So what they like after three days already and I don’t know! But the next day, awesome! They have such an original taste and rich aroma of garlic. Well, they are very tempting, I recommend to use!
Ingredients:
- Eggplant - 5-6 medium;
- garlic - 10 cloves.
Marinade:
- vinegar 6% - 100 milliliters;
- water - 2 glasses;
- cloves - 4 pieces;
- bay leaf - 5 pieces;
- peppercorns - 10 pieces;
- honey - 2 tablespoons;
- sugar - 1 tablespoon;
- salt - 1.5 tablespoons4
- vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
Delicious pickled eggplant recipe how to cook:
- Peel the eggplant, cut into plates.
- Fry chopped eggplant on both sides to lightly brown
- Peel the garlic, divide into cloves and cut into slices.
- Prepare the marinade, combine all the ingredients, boil.
- Let the marinade cool a bit. Then dip each plate in the marinade, and place in a prepared container, pouring chopped garlic.
- Then fill the eggplant with marinade, and in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
