  • Eggplant - 5-6 medium;
  • garlic - 10 cloves.

Marinade:

  • vinegar 6% - 100 milliliters;
  • water - 2 glasses;
  • cloves - 4 pieces;
  • bay leaf - 5 pieces;
  • peppercorns - 10 pieces;
  • honey - 2 tablespoons;
  • sugar - 1 tablespoon;
  • salt - 1.5 tablespoons4
  • vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;

Delicious pickled eggplant recipe how to cook:

  1. Peel the eggplant, cut into plates.
  2. Fry chopped eggplant on both sides to lightly brown
  3. Peel the garlic, divide into cloves and cut into slices.
  4. Prepare the marinade, combine all the ingredients, boil.
  5. Let the marinade cool a bit. Then dip each plate in the marinade, and place in a prepared container, pouring chopped garlic.
  6. Then fill the eggplant with marinade, and in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
