Ingredients:

  • beef - 150 grams;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece;
  • fresh cucumbers - 6 pieces;
  • garlic - 6 cloves;
  • sugar - 1 teaspoon;
  • ground red pepper - to taste;
  • coriander - a small pinch;
  • onions - 1 piece;
  • olive oil for frying;
  • soy sauce - 1.5-2 tablespoons;
  • salt to taste;
  • greenery.

Tasty salad with beef meat. Step by step recipe

  1. Fresh cucumbers need to be cut into strips, medium-sized. Then we shift them into a large bowl and salt well. We mix the cucumbers with our hands: so that they give away their juice and become softer. We remove them to the side, for about 20 minutes. It is best to take young cucumbers with a thin skin: then in the salad they will be tender.
  2. To lovers of spicy foods: you can replace fresh cucumbers with pickled ones, but not salted ones - such cucumbers will spoil the taste of the finished dish.
  3. It's time to do some meat. From a piece of beef we remove all the films and veins. Cut it, like cucumbers - into strips. We put a frying pan on the stove, add a little olive oil to it (literally a drop) and warm it well over a fire. Dip the meat and fry until fully cooked: approximately 5-7 minutes. We will not salt it, as cucumbers abundantly salted.
  4. Before frying, the meat should be well dried with a paper towel: so excess moisture will come out of it and a golden crust will form on top.
  5. We free bell pepper from seeds and partitions, cut into thin strips: dividing it first into four parts.
