We put the whole vegetables.
- Tip. If you want to cook tasty meat, you need to fill it with hot water. And if you cook the broth, then fill the meat with cold water.
- Cut the boiled meat into thin strips. I took pork meat for cooking.
- Pour oil into a hot pan, when it warms up, put the chopped meat.
- After the meat acquires a golden crust, it must be salted, add black ground pepper and season with mustard.
- We lay the finished fried meat on a dish in which we will serve our simple salad with meat and distribute it on the entire surface of the plate.
- On top of the meat, spread the pickled onions. To do this, cut the peeled onion into thin quarter rings and put in a small bowl, add a little salt, a tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of vinegar, pour onion with hot water and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.

- On top of pickled onions, you need to make a mayonnaise grid or just coat with mayonnaise.
