- dried seaweed - 75 grams;
- meat (pork, beef, poultry) - 300 grams;
- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- sesame seeds - 2 teaspoons;
- hot pepper - a small piece;
- sugar - a pinch;

- Pour in dried seaweed for 30 minutes, then drain the water, cut into strips.
- Rinse the cabbage in a solution of acetic acid and water. If you like a little more acidic, leave for 10-15 minutes.
- Cut the meat along the fibers into thin slices, fry in butter until tender.
- Saute the sesame seeds.
- Combine the fried meat, sesame seeds, seaweed, finely chopped hot pepper. Optionally, add coriander grains and a pinch of sugar, pour all the soy sauce.
- Let the salad stand for 20-30 minutes and serve.
