- half a white cabbage - about 1 kilogram;

- First of all, you need to chop white cabbage. You can shred with a knife or a special shredder.
- Shredded cabbage should be crushed a little with your hands and put in a convenient dish.
- We proceed to the preparation of the cucumber: it must be washed, cut off the ends and cut into strips. Add chopped cucumber to the cabbage.
- Next, wash the carrots, peel and grate on a medium grater. Grated carrots add to chopped cabbage and cucumber.
