Ingredients:
- 300 grams of peeled squid;
- 500 grams of fresh champignons;
- 200 grams of hard cheese;
- one glass of walnuts;
- 200 grams of mayonnaise;
- clove of garlic;
- salt, bay leaf, peppercorns - for cooking squid.

- Squids are best taken fresh (peeled), but if you have frozen, you must first thaw them.
- Pour water into the pan, salt to taste, put bay leaf and peppercorns.
- When the water boils, lower the squid into it. Let it boil for one minute and take it out with a slotted spoon in a plate, cool.
- In a second pan, cook fresh whole mushrooms in salt water (do not take too large): about 5-7 minutes. We also take them out with a slotted spoon in another bowl, let cool.
- Mushrooms are cut into strips, and squid - into thin rings (or you can cut into strips, like mushrooms).
- Hard cheese cut into small cubes.
- Wrap walnuts in paper and chop with a rolling pin, but not too finely. Part of the chopped walnuts is left to decorate the finished dish.
- We will fill the salad with mayonnaise: for this, mayonnaise (it is better to use homemade: you can see its recipe on the site “Very tasty”), combine with a slice of garlic chopped in any way, mix well.
- We put all the prepared products in a deep bowl, season with garlic mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.
- We spread the squid salad on a beautiful dish (I have a square one), sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
