  • white toast bread - 300 grams;

  1. First we need to prepare the bread. For white bread rolls, toast is best. It has a more dense structure, but at the same time is quite elastic. If the bread for the toast is already portioned, then you just need to cut the crusts from all sides. If the bread is not sliced, then cut it into slices one centimeter thick.
  2. Then with a rolling pin we roll each piece of bread several times so that air comes out. The bread will no longer be so lush and slightly condensed.
  3. For each loaf of bread we put a piece of cream cheese: for this you need to buy cheese in the form of slices. If you have a regular processed cheese, then chop it first into thin slices.
