Ingredients:

  • onions - 200 grams;
  • champignons - 500 grams;
  • canned pineapples - 250 grams;
  • chicken fillet - 400-450 grams;
  • mayonnaise - 280-300 grams;
  • hard cheese - 200 grams;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • salt to taste
  • greens for decoration.

  1. Cooking meat: cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into 2 layers, lightly beat, salt, season with your favorite spices (I use basil and turmeric) and fry in a pan on both sides. If you have the opportunity, then cook the fillet on the grill - this will make the meat even more flavorful and delicious. For salad, you can use meat from any part of the chicken.
  2. Let’s cool the fried chicken fillet, cut into cubes (approximately 1 centimeter thick), combine with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix.
  3. The washed mushrooms are sliced ​​and fried with finely chopped onions until the liquid evaporates in a pan. Salt, pepper to your liking.
  4. Combine the cooled mushrooms with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix well.
  5. Cut canned pineapples into small pieces.
  6. We grate hard cheese on a fine grater and combine with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise (as well as mushrooms and meat). You can use any cheese, but most often I take Fusion, Dutch, Edam, Gouda or Russian.
  7. We install a split ring from the baking dish on the dish (lettuce will be laid out in layers on it). Just put the top side down so that the sides of the salad are smooth.
  8. We form a salad, each layer is evenly distributed inside the ring: champignons with mayonnaise, pineapples (half of the total), chicken with mayonnaise, the remaining pineapples, hard cheese mixed with mayonnaise on top.
  9. We cover the form with salad with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  10. Before serving, carefully remove the ring by slightly turning it. You can not sharply disconnect the form, otherwise the salad may be broken. We coat the sides of the salad with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Sprinkle grated cheese on top for beauty, decorate with mayonnaise and pieces of pineapple or chicken.
