Fake whites

This recipe for fake whitewash was told to me by a vegetarian friend. To be honest, I didn’t really like the recipe at first, but when I tried these whites, I was pleasantly surprised. They turned out to be juicy, tender and simply melted in the mouth. Now this is one of our favorite recipes.


  • water - 250 grams;
  • spices “10 vegetables” - 1 teaspoon or 1 bouillon cube;
  • onions - 2 pieces;
  • green onion - 1 bunch;
  • dill and parsley - 1 bunch each;
  • flour - 5-6 tablespoons. with a slide;
  • dry yeast - 1 teaspoon;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Fake whites. Step by step recipe

  1. Add salt and spices to hot water, mix well and let cool.
  2. Two medium onions are cut into small cubes.
  3. Grind green onions, dill and parsley.
  4. In warm water, add part of the flour and yeast. Mix with a whisk (in different directions) until smooth. The dough should be like pancakes.
  5. Add onion filling and greens to the dough, mix.
  6. Add the remaining flour and mix well. The mixture should turn out without lumps.
  7. We cover our mixture with a towel and leave it for 10 minutes in a place without drafts and the temperature is not lower than room temperature.
  8. We don’t mix and crush the approached dough.
  9. Fry in a frying pan in hot oil until golden brown over medium heat.

And now our fake whites are ready. You can invite guests and treat with an unusual, but at the same time delicious dish. "I love to cook" wishes you bon appetit!
