  • apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon;

  • salt - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • sugar - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • ground red pepper - 1/3 teaspoon.

  1. Cut tomatoes into large rings.
  2. Mix vegetable oil, salt, sugar and vinegar, add chopped herbs, finely chopped garlic and pepper.
