- young zucchini - 1 piece;
- honey - 1 tablespoon;
- olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
- lemon juice - 2 tablespoons;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- dried cilantro - 1 pinch;
- salt - a small pinch;
- cherry tomatoes - 8 pieces;
- green onions - 2-3 feathers;
- fresh parsley - 2-3 branches;

- We will begin to prepare the salad with the preparation of the sauce, which is rather unusual, but this is the whole charm of the salad. Take honey and add olive oil to it. In principle, for this salad you can take any vegetable: sunflower or corn. But I still prefer olive oil.
- Before cooking, do not forget to wash the lemon thoroughly. Cut it into two parts, remove the seeds and squeeze the juice. Add lemon juice to honey and olive oil.
- Peel the garlic and chop it with a knife. Add it to our future sauce, and garlic can also be chopped using a press.
- Add one small pinch of dried cilantro. To your taste, you can add any dried herbs that you prefer to the sauce.
- Add a pinch of salt or two to the sauce, depending on how much you prefer salty foods. Mix everything thoroughly so that the honey is completely dissolved and all the ingredients are “friends” among themselves.
- Wash the zucchini, wipe it with a paper towel and be sure to peel it, even if you took young vegetables. Instead of zucchini, you can take zucchini, you can even take half zucchini and half zucchini. It’s best to peel the zucchini with a peeler and not with a knife: this will cut the flesh less.
