  • potatoes - 0.6 kilograms;
  • premium wheat flour - 170 grams;
  • wheat flour for cutting (work with the dough) - 50 grams;
  • two chicken eggs;

  • any vegetable oil - 50 milliliters;

  1. First, we need to peel all the potatoes. Pour cold water into a pot with peeled potatoes and put on a stove to cook. Cook over medium heat, with the lid closed, until cooked.
  2. We drain all the water and carefully knead the potatoes with the help of a pusher. The most important thing at this stage is to make sure that there are no lumps. After all, the basis of our test will be potatoes.
  3. Also, if you have mashed potatoes or jacket potatoes in your refrigerator, you can use them.
  4. Now that the potato mass has cooled slightly, add salt to taste.
  5. Dill greens wash under running water and remove excess water. Cut it into small enough and add to the potatoes.
  6. We will also need to add one chicken egg and one yolk from another egg. Protein temporarily set aside in a bowl. We will need it a little later.
  7. Mix everything thoroughly so that the dill and eggs are evenly distributed.
  8. Now it is necessary to introduce sifted premium wheat flour in several stages. Added two spoons, then mix everything.
  9. Then add some vegetable oil. After the butter, again flour and so, alternating, we introduce all the flour and all the vegetable oil.
  10. When the dough is uncomfortable to mix in a bowl, transfer it to the work surface. Sprinkle it with flour a little and knead the dough. The dough of excellent consistency does not stick to your hands at all.
  11. After that, we roll the whole dough into one long sausage. Cut it into ten equal parts, each piece weighs approximately 90 grams.
