  2. Sprinkle the eggplant with salt and leave for 1 hour to remove bitterness from them.
  3. Then rinse with cold running water and squeeze.
  4. Prepare the minced meat: greens, onions, peppers, garlic, tomatoes, nuts - all together, pass through a meat grinder and add a little salt.
  5. Start eggplant with minced meat, laying it in the middle of the cut.
  6. Pour vegetable oil into a deep-pan or deep frying pan and carefully fry the eggplants on both sides, then pour them in a glass of water. Simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes.
  7. Tightly put the stewed eggplant in a jar, adding liquid and frying oil to them.
  8.  and sterilize: jars with a capacity of 0.5 liter - 15 minutes from the moment of boiling, 1 liter - 20 minutes.
  9. After sterilization, immediately roll up and wrap the cans before cooling.
