For marinade:

  • water - 250 milliliters;
  • sugar - 2 tablespoons;
  • salt - 1 teaspoon;
  • natural vinegar - 3 tablespoons;
  • vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons;
  • dill - 2-3 branches.

  1. You need to take the cabbage and separate the leaves. Put them in boiling salted water and leave in a saucepan for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Making the filling. We take a crunchy ingredient - carrots, peel and three on a coarse grater, salt and mint to make juice stand out, rub garlic into carrots, pour pepper and pour in vegetable oil. We crush carrots with our hands so that it starts up the juice. Leave to insist.
  3. We spread the leaves of cabbage on a plate and leave to cool.
  4. While the leaves are cooling, make the marinade. Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil, add salt and add vegetable oil. We wait until it boils, cover with a lid and turn off the fire.
  5. We take a container in which we will marinate, put dill branches on the bottom.
  6. We make cabbage rolls. Take a leaf of cabbage, cut off the thickening and cut the leaf in half.
  7. In each half of the leaf we put the filling of carrots and turn into a small triangle, put in a prepared bowl.
  8. Finished cabbage rolls are covered with trimmings of cabbage leaves (we try to cover each cabbage roll) and fill with marinade.
  9. We wait until the marinade has cooled, and remove the container in the refrigerator for a day. After 24 hours, a delicious snack is ready!
