  1. For magnificent rolls, the potato (according to the recipe) is well washed and boiled in its uniform. We leave the boiled potatoes to cool.
  2. We grate hard cheese for potato rolls on a coarse grater and transfer it to a separate container.
  3. In minced meat (any minced meat is suitable for this dish), add salt, black pepper to taste, and mix everything well.
  4. Peel the cooled potatoes and rub on a coarse grater.
  5. Grated potatoes are transferred to a separate container.
  6. In a bowl of potatoes, break one chicken egg, add salt, black pepper, flour (according to the recipe) and knead the dough for great potato rolls.
