Step-by-step recipe or how to close plums with halves
- Sort plums, remove wormy, overripe fruits. Wash and drain.
- With a knife, cut the plums along the groove and remove the seeds.
- Place the drain halves in prepared jars, pour hot water, cover and sterilize. Cans with a capacity of 0.5 liters - 9-10 minutes, with a capacity of 1 liter - 10 minutes, with a capacity of 3 liters - 25 minutes.
After sterilization, immediately seal jars and refrigerate without wrapping.
