  • white cabbage - 100 grams;
  • sweet and sour apple - 1 piece;
  • pumpkin - 200 grams;

  1. Rub the raw carrots on a fine grater. (You can use Korean style carrot grater to make the salad look prettier).
  2. We clean the pumpkin from the peel and seeds, we also grind it on a grater. For this dish, pumpkin sweet varieties are better, but if not, then use any.
  3. Wash my cabbage, dry it and shred thinly, crushing a little with my hands.
  4. Peel the apple, remove the core, cut into thin strips.
  5. We put all the ingredients (pumpkin, cabbage, apple, carrot) in a bowl, add salt. (I add about 0.5 teaspoon of salt).
  6. Squeeze juice from a lemon and pour salad over it. Adjust the amount to your liking (I use 1 tablespoon, and the girl offers more on the video).
  7. We grind the coriander with peas in a mortar a little, so that its aroma appears stronger. (If you don’t have a stupa, then you can pour the grain onto a kitchen board and roll it out with a rolling pin. To prevent the grain from scattering throughout the kitchen, when I go over the rolling pin with them, I put them in a regular bag).
  8. Add all the spices to the salad, season with olive oil and mix well. (Olive can be replaced with any other vegetable oil, for example, I really liked it with linseed).
  9. Leave the salad to infuse for about 15 to 20 minutes. Pumpkin and other vegetables let the juice go a little, so be sure to mix again afterwards.
  10. Wash and dry the dill or parsley, finely coat and decorate the salad with it before serving.
